Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the BrainBox Apps Partner Program. By submitting your application and participating in the Partner Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

To enroll in the BrainBox Apps Partner Program, you must submit a complete application. We evaluate all applications in good faith. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to, websites or promotional methods that contain objectionable material, violate intellectual property rights, or do not align with our brand values.

2. Commissions and Payouts

Commission Rates: Partners earn a commission based on the active plans assigned to them in their partner dashboard. Standard initial rates apply to the first year (Y1) of a referred merchant's subscription, followed by a renewal rate for subsequent years, as specified in your account.
Qualified Referrals: A commission is only generated when a merchant successfully installs a BrainBox App via your unique referral code or link, and subsequently makes a qualifying payment.
Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed on a scheduled basis (e.g., net-30 or net-60) after the commission clears. A minimum threshold may apply before funds can be withdrawn.
Refunds and Chargebacks: If a referred merchant receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your pending or future payouts.

3. Promotional Guidelines

As a partner, you are an independent contractor. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our provided marketing assets (logos, banners) solely for the purpose of promoting BrainBox Apps.

You must not bid on BrainBox Apps trademarked terms on search engines (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) unless explicitly permitted.
You must not use deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
Spamming or sending unsolicited emails containing your referral links is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove our links/assets from your platforms. Any accrued, legitimate commissions prior to termination will be paid out, unless termination was due to a violation of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

BrainBox Apps will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the program or the products sold through it.

6. Modification

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
